Our work is all about producing different and better results. Whether you’re an athlete, a sales professional, company leadership, or simply a driven newbie out to conquer the world - we know that effectively communicating your value doesn’t just change businesses, it changes lives.

And while the coaching industry is filled with a number of amazing individuals that are changing people’s lives every single day - there is a disconnect for some. Some people simply don’t connect with the hustle culture that has been created in recent years. Some people simply don’t feel inspired to hop on a coaching call and talk about what they’re not doing or where they’re lacking.

So, instead, we focus on strengths.

Strengths are the things that make you…well, you. The way you naturally think, behave, make decisions, and feel. And the thing about strengths is that when you focus your energy on developing them - you are not only more effective and more efficient, but you’re more engaged in the right places. The goal isn’t merely achievement, it is sustainable growth.

We wholeheartedly believe that in order to thrive, you must know and develop your strengths. We help you discover your strengths; how to best leverage them to grow; how to design your environment to thrive; and how to find the rhythm of your life to sustain it all. That’s exactly what we help our clients do.

As the industry’s only strengths-based coaching organization, we provide you with a detailed focus on what is right about your business and how to do more of those things and less of everything else.

Here is what I’m not...

I’m not in sales. I’m in the business of people, lives, stories, and fun. And I love what I do. I’m here to make a difference and work every day to ensure that I do just that. In addition to being a dedicated coach to my clients, I am also an actively selling Realtor® in the Raleigh, North Carolina region.

Here is what I am...

I’m a giver. A do-er. I believe in ​giving back​. To my clients, family, friends, and community. I’m a story enthusiast. I love great stories. Both ​listening​ to and telling them and living them.

I'm ​human​. More importantly, that's how I see you - as a person. Not a lead. Not a transaction. Not a contact. I see you as a person, a neighbor, and hopefully - a friend. These aren't just words, but practices and I believe my work shows just how deep-seeded this belief is.

Telling the ​truth​ is all I know. Providing the best information available without holding back will allow you to make the best possible decision for ​you.​ I’m all about that. The decision that is best for you is the decision that is best for me. Nothing more, nothing less. If I don’t think I’m the right person for the job, I don’t take it. Simple as that. But, like I said - I’m here to make a difference so I’ll point you to someone else who I believe can help.

I love bridging the gap. Some of the most impactful people in my life have been coaches, teachers, and others who have helped distill the complicated down to something I can understand and absorb. As someone who has had lifelong struggles with ADHD and depression, I know that not everyone learns or communicates the same way. I work to deliver messages how they will be understood, absorbed, and acted on. I believe in the ​value​ of what I do because I know that I can help you make a difference. And I love that.

I don’t just believe, I know, that helping people connect with one another is my purpose in this life. And I believe you’ll love this ​journey​ too. I’m just honored to be your guide.
