It all started when…
My Southern View, Inc. began in 2016 by Lynn Hellman. A born and bred North Carolinian, she appreciated the charms of our area early on and it became her passion to help others enjoy the lifestyle our special slice of this world has to offer. Lynn’s creative approach, a knack for connecting with others, not to mention her unparalleled real estate expertise made her a perfect person to thrive in real estate. And thrive she has.
Soon after starting the team, it was well-positioned to grow and frankly, the rest is history…
In 2019, Lynn had surgery that sidelined her for a few weeks. Always quick to cheer her on, her wife Alyssa Hellman decided to step in and cover for her. Now Alyssa wasn’t just any stand-in, she brought years of experience to the team having been licensed since 2010 and a top-producing agent in the DC Metro market before her move to North Carolina in 2014. Alyssa quickly fell back into love with real estate and she asked to join the team full-time. Since then, Alyssa has devoted her time to helping buyers craft offers that will stand out in any market and connecting with Sellers looking to make their next move.
Independently, they’re special but together, they’re magic. Now, with the sky as the limit, My Southern View, Inc. works in a class of their own to help deliver experiences worth telling others about. And with over 90% of their business coming from referral (a particularly high number in this industry), they’re doing just that. From the Raleigh-Durham area out through Johnston County, and even at the coast - Alyssa & Lynn bring years of expertise, professionalism, and personal touch to everything they do.
